Dear Reader...
I’m so horrible at this. I’m back up to 190. From 186 that’s
4 pounds!
Though I am kicking myself as I write this, I must also
admit to starting a swimming regimen of 3 times a week and walking 2-4 times a
week. Still need to fix that body ball so I can get started on hard core
crunches and pushups… tonight after work. There I’ve set a date and time.
Husband has completely given up as far as i can tellWe’re going shopping tomorrow and I’m getting V8, salad and protein bars and am starting fresh on my tracker too.
I know a lot of people would just give up but I’m completely dissatisfied with myself so I can’t.
Thomas Edison was asked when he had finally made the light
bulb, why didn’t he give up? He said “I may have learned only one way to make a light
bulb, but I learned 100 ways to not make one”
Or something along those lines.
So my new goal is to keep trying new ways to stay motivated
to loose weight and new foods and exercises to do to keep me going.
Also! Got a new phone to take with me on walks so I can
listen to motivating music while I walk. Song #1: Cant Back Down from camp rock
