Wow... I'm late!

Dear Reader,

Sorry for the late post, things have been rather busy around here lately. tonight im in a college production called scenes of life and I have been rather busy this last week getting ready for the big show.

My bread fast didn’t go as well as I have hoped, and I’m sure it would have gone better if I would have kept up with the exercise. The good news is I didn’t put any weight on, the bad news is I didn’t lose any either.

I’m still doing modified bread fast, with exercise included, though that’s not hard to add when I’m walking around for 5 hours tonight for the play… needless to say, I won’t be walking or running today. I walked yesterday and went to the rehearsal and my legs are still killing me lol.

In other news, I don’t know why, but even with adding loads of veggies to my diet, I’m still not really seeing results. I am starting to feel discouraged because of all the effort but no real effect on that silly number. Darn this is hard.

My husband hasn’t been dieting at all, though he has decided that on wrangler burger Thursday at our favorite zipps he will only have one instead of two… baby steps I guess. I really want it to stop snowing here so I can walk on the weekends as well as at school.

I wish I knew what I am doing wrong for my diet that im not having any results…. So confused!
