Life Unexpected... Part 1

Dear Reader,

I will be posting twice today. This first post is to tell you two things:

Number 1: I hate math exams!
I’ve spent all my precious exercising time this week studying for an exam, luckily my eating habits have stayed the same so I haven’t gain much weight, just a pound making me 188.6.

Number 2:  I had a blood test done yesterday and will receive the results sometime today.

The lily, a symbol of hope and peace
Thats all I ask for today
To feel hope that the test will show something
And the peace of mind
That everything will turn out for the better.
Here are some of my symptoms: when I get sick its really bad, I’m cold all the time, my hair falls out and breaks easily, I have really brittle nails, my energy has been very low, my short term memory hasn’t been the best (forgetting things like were I put the keys and their in my hand), my moods have been ever changing and more irritable lately, and I haven’t lost any weight though I have had a drastic change in diet and life style.

So the doctor had me do a blood screening yesterday, and it’s possible I have something called hypothyroidism. I don’t know if it’s in my family history, or if my family has a history of similar issues. I will receive the results today. If I do have it I’ll be on hormones the rest of my life because my thyroid isn’t producing enough all by itself. If not then I’m not sure what's going on.

I will update you later today when the tests come back.

Keep me in your thoughts!

Sincerely,

Arose
